Compounding

tasc4polymers specializes in the development, production and sale of compounds and powder. With extensive know-how and technological capacities for compounding we can meet customer requirements at an individual level. Our technical center is equipped with four single- and twin-screw extrusion lines with a compounding performance between 0,2 kg to 200 kg per hour.

We can offer plastics processors development of tailor-made compounds for testing purposes and for technical approval processes. This includes small-scale compounding and grinding of samples in our technical center with grinding lab.

After successful development and sampling, we also offer upscaling to medium production lots between 1.000 kg and 20.000 kg.
